CULTURALLY RELEVANT PEDAGOGY

INTRODUCTION​

This page features the resources we used in the 2016-2017 day-long professional development sessions that we conducted with local public high school teachers and middle school teachers. These sessions were requested by the East Baton Rouge Parish School System to prepare teachers for mutually respectful, critically necessary conversations with colleagues and students about how our intersecting identities shape our perspectives on and experiences of the world.
